A Rally Guide including dates and fees is announced by the
Automobile & Touring Club of the United Arab Emirates (ATCUAE)
ATCUAE has announced a detailed information guide regarding the ADDC 2019 which in its 29th Edition is widely considered the world’s ultimate desert rally. The ADDC is hosted under the patronage of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region, and organized by the ATCUAE with the backing of a number of major sponsors.
Registration for this year’s ADDC is open at reduced rates until the 8th of February 2019. Since its inception in 1991 until now participants from over 40 countries have competed in the illustrious event. The 2019 edition of the ADDC again serves as a qualifying round of the 2019 FIM Cross-Country Rallies World Championship and the 2019 FIA World Cup for Cross Country Rallies.
As all entries must be submitted before the closing date on the 8th of March 2019, registration has opened for competing cars and trucks complying with FIA T1, T2, T3 and T4 technical regulations, and motorcycles and quads running under the auspices of the FIM.
Planning ahead has many benefits, e.g. the shipping of cars and motorcycles, visa applications, insurance, flights and hotels bookings and other matters, especially for competitors who have started any prior events.
